I loved these houses when I saw the pattern in ‘Quilts and More’ magazine, but I thought they'd be cuter if they were smaller! So I resized the pattern, added buttonhole stitch, pieced sashings, and a pieced and embellished border. And, when they were done, they looked like little gnome homes.
