My daughter, Jamie, choose the fabrics and the block pattern for this quilt made in honor of her marriage, March 28, 2009. The large block pattern was used to create the central design and the small block pattern was used to make the first outer border. Two small inner borders were added to frame the central design and to frame the first outer border. A final solid brown fabric was added to enlarge the quilt.
Barbara Fillip, of San Angelo, did the longarm quilting using a Feather Meander design. I was fortunate to observe some of the quilting and to assist with the pinning.
