As a quilt bee project, we bought 10 different fabrics plus a background fabric. We divided the 10 fabrics between all members. We then got 6" patterns only twice a month. We were to make each pattern with our choice of fabric. Everyone used not all of the patterns. Everyone was on her own on how to finish the quilt and to size. My mother used it as a lap quilt when she went in for kidney dialysis to keep warm.
