I made this quilt to be used as a signature quilt for my daughter's wedding November 11, 2011. I had great intentions of having it completed well before the wedding but the curved rings just did not get along with me. By September, I had 5 ring pieces completed. It became time to get with the program and master the curved piecing so I could have the quilt completed. I was able to complete it in the next two months except the binding. I even made the back twice as large as it needed to be so I made a second quilt using the left overs.
