The Project of Doom was a Harry Potter Block of the Week that I designed and shared online January - August 2011. This quilt was my last large contribution to the Harry Potter Fandom, hence the epic name. Fandom has been a large part of my life since reading the first Harry Potter book by J.K. Rowling in 1999. People from all over the world participated and created their own version of The Project of Doom. Sharing these patterns created a bond and lasting camaraderie between us all. Book titles are from the Harry Potter series and are hand embroidered.
