The Retirement Planning Committee had nixed my first couple of quilt ideas. A subsequent brainstorming session resulted in this concept. I'd never made a memory quilt, and frankly, on my own, never would have had the desire to do so! But once the memories were identified, the quilt kind of designed itself! There's a bonus on this quilt -- a back that had originally been designed as the top! The retiree refers to her home/farm as Olson Acres That's why the quilt is named Next Stop: Olson Acres. I quilted it with PC Quilter using KD1027_Tractors by Munnich Desgins, www.quiltrecipes.com.
