We used over 600 two inch blocks to make this art quilt. Any rainbow color could be used but it had to read as a solid color. Each individual piece was quilted before attaching to the next piece with invisible thread. The whole piece was stabilized with hand dyed organza on the back. This was an amazing group project and it was much easier to put together than we had imagined.
