I fell in love with the center panel and decided that I had to do a medallion quilt using it. I chose some of the colors from the panel to use for my flowers, and copied one of the pair of birds designs to hand quilt in the center of each feathered heart. I'm giving this quilt to my husband for our 40th wedding anniversary in November.
