I've always been intrigued by quilts made of circular pieces and intimidated as well. So last year it was a New York Beauty, this year a Mariner's Compass. I've discovered that they aren't nearly as complicated as they look, are a lot of fun to construct, and really create a lot of visual interest when finished.
